Zucchini Relish

(Canning)

Ingredients
10 cups of zucchini
4 sweet peppers(red or green)
4 onions
4 T. salt
Grind vegetables (mix)
Let stand (6 hrs or over night)
Drain well but DO NOT RINSE

Cooking Instructions
ADD
4 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. pepper
Next,bring to a boil then pack relish in jars
Process in boiling water for 20 minutes
