Ingredients
Divide 1 peck beans into 3 parts. Beans can be snapped or whole. Use yellow or green beans. Young tender beans are best.
Put 1/3 of each of the following into rapidly boiling water. Cook 2 minutes, remove. Cool in ice water.
Cooking Instructions
Place each of the following in a pint jar:
1 small chili pepper
1 clove garlic
1 head dill
Then pack into jars.
Next, bring to boil
6 cups white vinegar
6 cups water
3/4 cups kosher salt
pour over beans, seal jars.
READY TO EAT IN 6 WEEKS
