Ingredients
1 pint vinegar
9 pints water
1 1/2 cups kosher salt
1/2 tsp. tumeric
boil for 5 minutes
Cooking Instructions
put the following in each jar.
1tsp. mazola oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/8 tsp. alum
Clean and pack yellow sweet or medium hot peppers in jars.
Pour boiling mixture over peppers and seal.
